Marcus Bjernerup received a Pollock-Krasner Foundation grant in 2005. He is an alumnus of The Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and The Artist in the Marketplace Program (AIM) at The Bronx Museum of the Arts, NY. He graduated with an MFA at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1999. His work has been shown in Sweden, USA, Lithuania and Germany.
